Lake Padden Leash Training Sessions

We all know our dogs need regular exercise and leadership to be their best. Do you avoid walking your dog because it’s too stressful, especially around other dogs? Does your dog “tune you out”, pull on leash, get easily distracted, or reactive?

If you’d like to learn techniques to gain control, encourage calmness, and maintain his attention to enjoy your walk together, then this may be the class for you!

Join us at Lake Padden for a 1½ hr informative & hands on leash training session, in a beautiful setting with “real life” distractions.

Barb teaches many tips & techniques, (including loose leash walking) to give you the tools to achieve your goals and transform your walk experience. The result is a dog that is “tuned into you” and polite with others. This class also includes the foundational steps for teaching a reliable recall.

  • Affordable alternative to obedience classes
  • Individual and group instruction/demonstration
  • Gain understanding of basic dog psychology & body language
  • Unique calming approach

Satisfaction Guarantee

Unwanted behavior in dogs is a symptom of an underlying issue. It's easy to spend several hundred dollars or more on training without uncovering the root causes. We prefer to charge this fee after the first consultation but do offer a refund if you're not happy with the results after our follow-up visit.

We can save you money!

Traditional trainers may come to your home over a period of weeks or months, costing you hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Barb gives clients the tools and insights to not only address the current behavioral challenges, but also to prevent and address any future issues.

Most cases require one consultation with one follow-up visit, giving you the tools you need to practice and reinforce new habits. Phone and email support are included, providing a valuable service designed to assist clients with ongoing questions or concerns about their dog’s behavior.
